AstraZeneca will be bringing out a third dose in Autumn to protect against new variants. And recent data says if the second dose is given 12 weeks after the first you get 80ish% protection, which combined with the fact AZ prevents hospitalisation and death, is pretty good. I doubt it is possible to get AZ and Pfizer.
