Yes, traveling is now allowed for tourists with a pre-travel clearance and a Green Pass (vaccinated, tested negative for COVID-19 or recovered after infection). You can fill in the PTC form here. Moreover, travelers coming from countries with low incidence rate are not required to self-isolate.
