Singapore will test all 324,000 migrant workers living in dormitories as it begins to ease COVID-19 circuit breaker restrictions and restart the economy. The vast majority of new infections in recent weeks have been migrant workers staying in dormitories. 884 new infections were recorded on May 12, taking the national tally past 24,500. Only three of the new cases were Singaporeans or permanent residents. So far, about 10% -- or 32,000 -- migrant workers have been screened.
